Designed for the ophthalmic and otolaryngology fields. Standard on Model 3000 chair. Used primarily as diagnostic headrest. Friction lock with adjusting lever.

Used as a diagnostic and surgical headrest for ophthalmic and otolaryngology. Friction lock utilizes lever. Features a sliding concave pad. Adapts to all chairs except FX-920, FXM-920, and 520 as an option.

Pump Hydraulic Base

Hydraulic mechanism allows practitioner to effortlessly raise patient by pumping foot pedal.

Manual Reclining Top

Chair back reclines up to 90° with a single hand.

Rotation Lock

When foot lever is in middle position, chair swivels 360° to facilitate access to patient.

Headrest

Large, padded headrest firmly locks into place and keeps patient comfortable. Easily adjusts to a wide range of positions.

Armrests rotate upward for convenient ingress and egress from either side of chair. Upholstered and padded for additional patient comfort.
