Haag-Streit Presents the Octopus 900

Haag-Streit introduces the new Octopus 900, a full field perimeter to replace the original Goldmann perimeter. The new instrument also offers Goldmann kinetic perimetry in manual, semi and fully automated modes.

Upgradeable: The Octopus 900 Basic model can be upgraded to the full featured Octopus Pro at any time.

Speed: The new Octopus performs a full 90 degree field with 2.5 minute central 30 degree testing.

Compact Design: The Octopus 900 features a Goldmann full-size spherical bowl that covers the entire 90 degree field.

Flexibility: The Octopus offers all perimetry examination methods in one instrument.

Accurate, Replicable Results: 100% fixation, unique to the Octopus product line, assures accurate and reproducible results. If the patient looks away or blinks, the test pauses until fixation is restored and then testing resumes.

The Auto Eye Tracking feature automatically moves the eye to the correct position if the patient shifts on the chin rest to save time.

Custom packages: Three EyeSuite software packages allow the user to choose the level of testing that is appropriate for the practice.
